Drivers Taking the Daily Commute Can Now Earn Some Extra Cash Thanks to CommuterCash.com & Their New Advertising Model

What if drivers could make a little extra cash during this otherwise wasted time? CommuterCash.com gives drivers the opportunity to do just that. The premise of CommuterCash.com is simple: the website matches up potential advertisers with everyday commuters who are willing to put a magnetic adverting panel on their vehicle while they’re driving to and from work. Advertisers will pay for the cost of the panel and a monthly fee to the commuter; the amount varies depending on the route and time spent on the commute.
“Average daily commutes in the United States can range from a few minutes to over an hour and a half,” says Robert Searle, founder and CEO of CommuterCash.com. “With CommuterCash.com, commuters have an opportunity to earn money effortlessly during their drive time, and advertisers have a new way to get the word out about their company to a captive, receptive audience. It’s a win-win situation.”
When a driver registers at CommuterCash.com, they enter specific information about their daily commute – including areas driven through, the duration of their commute, and what freeways are frequented. That commute information is entered into the company data base, and made available to local, regional, and national advertisers searching for drivers whose routes fit in with their marketing strategies. The company’s goal is that through its aggressive marketing efforts to advertisers, it hopes to find a match for as many registrants as possible.
Commuters can register their commute for a small, one-time-only fee of $ 12.95 – and one dollar of every registration fee is donated to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. There are no yearly renewal fees, and commuters can cancel any time. Commuters are alerted via email when an advertiser has an offer for them, and they have the choice whether to accept or reject any offer by an advertiser.
Typical advertisements are 12” x 24” flexible magnetic panels that attach easily to the door or side of a car or truck, although occasionally advertisers may request a window decal. Advertisers can easily gauge results of their on-vehicle campaigns by tracking their new customer referrals or giving a special offer that appears only on their on-vehicle advertising materials.
“This is not a get-rich-quick scheme ,and participating commuters are not required to buy or sell anything” says Searle. “It’s simply an opportunity to make some extra money by putting a magnetic advertisement on your car. Plus, with every registration, we donate $ 1 to St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital. We believe that giving something back to the community is just good business.”
