Photo Sharing Service Jalbum Releases Instant Browser Based Photo Book Editor
Stockholm (News4us.com) September 21, 2010
Today, photo-sharing service Jalbum.net launches a browser-based photo book editor that integrates with their popular web photo album software and service. Users are provided with a one-click process for creating photo books from their web albums.
From hours to minutes
The market for personalized print products has been growing strongly over the past decade. However, creation tools have become increasingly complex, locking out large potential customer groups. There is currently a trend to simplify the creation process. With the introduction of Jalbum’s photo book product – the Breezebook, Jalbum takes this simplification one step further. Carl Manneh, CEO of Jalbum says:
“There have been over 32 million web albums published with Jalbum. We are now leveraging the creative work already put into these albums by providing a one-click path from a web album to a photo book. The investment in time for users is literally cut from hours to minutes.”
Premium quality print
Jalbum’s user base consists of photo enthusiasts and professional photographers in the US and Europe. The selection of US and European printing partners for its first own print product matches the high demands of their users. All books are printed on HP Indigo high quality printers. The Breezebook is printed on premium paper bound to a ‘coffee table’ size (28×21.6 cm / 11×8.5″) matte hard cover.
