Team Building Exercises Based on Scientific Findings Soon to be Released in Free E-book

Free team-building exercises based on scientific findings become available Monday at 9 a.m. EST in a light-hearted e-book, “2 Weeks 2 Better Teamwork,” by Team Coach Jim Morgan of TeamTrainers™ Consulting.

The ten team agreements in the e-book address common challenges such as accountability and communication. Most take only a few minutes to put in place. Though drawn from Morgan’s team-building book, “The SuddenTeams™ Program,” the style is different.

“Because my work is so grounded in the scientific literature about teams, readers of my book or blog probably don’t get the sense of high-energy fun I try to inject in my trainings,” Morgan said. “This e-book attempts to capture that while still providing advice you can act on. I hope people will get a laugh or two. If not, well, at least it’s free!” The 36-page e-book in PDF format can be downloaded at http://suddenteams.com/ebook.shtml.

Founded in 2000 and based in Raleigh, N.C., TeamTrainers helps improve team effectiveness through team building, on-site classes, meeting facilitation, speeches, and the do-it-yourself SuddenTeams book.
