Tiger Woods Finding it Tough

Tiger Woods is in the media spotlight once again, but this time the only thing he did badly was play golf.

In what sports critics are describing as the worst game of his professional life, woods looked like a broken man on Sunday during play at the Bridgestone Invitational.

He looked like a man who was just going through the motions and trying to make the best of some bad moments. Online golf blogs are buzzing with comments of how Tiger does not have his heart in the game and maybe he came back too early.

Woods himself has said he did not need any more time off since his marriage break up and was ready to get his life and his game back on track. The world’s number 1 golfer shocked onlookers and millions of fans on TV by shooting 18 over par on a course that he had previously won on no less than 7 occasions.

So far Tiger Woods stands winless in 8 starts for the new season. In his own words he stated, “I need to hit the ball better, I need to chip better, I need to putt better, and I need to score better.”

He further stated that he would be flying directly to Whistling Straits, where he would begin practicing immediately for the PGA Championship. Woods will be playing with a group that includes Vijay Singh in the first two rounds.

Y.E. Yang from South Korea is also playing in the group and must be weighing heavily on Woods mind since Yang defeated him in last year’s PGA Championship going into the last round.

Tiger Woods fans are hoping their champ will make it back to the top where he has been for so long, Number 1 in the world.
